Job Description

The Sr. Accounting/HR Systems Analyst will act as the primary IT business liaison to finance and human resources departments by supporting and maintaining Lawson S3 HR/Payroll and Kronos applications across a large healthcare system. Duties also include implementing and optimizing Lawson and similar programs. S/he will provide rotational on-call support to end users as needed.

Position requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years’ healthcare industry experience supporting above mentioned and related large-scale applications.
  • Strong business and analytical skills including: workflow documentation, project management, technical writing skills, enterprise resource planning, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent oral and written skills with comfort in presenting materials to a wide range of audiences, including executives.
  • Advanced computer skills required in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project; BI tools and reporting tools.
  •  Strong analytical skills and familiarity with change control and project management.
