Sky Pharmacy offers to buy either branded or generic medications. All brand-name products contain the “prefix” – Brand.

Are your medications FDA-approved?

All the medications shown on the website are met with Indian FDA requirements.

Is the quality of your drugs high?

All the medications allowed for sale at Sky Pharmacy are high-quality. All of them are tested by the manufacturers what meet all the quality standards. We cooperate only with tried and tested, authoritative companies.

Is a prescription required to complete an order for meds at your pharmacy?

Yes, we require a prescription which can be to prescription@alegohealth.com in the following formats: TXT, DOC, Photo, pdf, jpg.

Do you deliver orders to PO Boxes?

We deliver orders to any shipping address you specify including PO boxes.

What shipping methods do you offer?

There are 2 main shipping options offered by Sky Pharmacy. They are:

Airmail (it is known as US Postal Service for US customers) with the common waiting period 2-3 weeks;

EMS Courier Delivery. Its delivery period lasts 3-8 business days. Unfortunately, such type of delivery can require a greater period of time caused by delays at customs which are independent on the chosen shipping service. The maximum express delivery time is 14 days.

If the package is damaged, or something is missing what are my actions?

In the case of damage or missing of our parcel, you should inform our customer care department. Sky Pharmacy will offer two ways to solve this problem: resending the parcel free of charge or refund your funds.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

First of all, it is necessary to understand what shipping option you have had. If your parcel is delivered by Regular Airmail it takes 30 days maximum, if delivered by Courier System it takes maximum 14 days. In many cases, the parcels are delivered in time. If it takes a greater period of time than 30 and 14 days, respectively contact customer care department for finding a solution to the appeared problem.

What about the ordering procedure?

It is rather simple to place an order online:

  • add the chosen product into a shopping cart.
  • choose the quantity and strength;
  • proceed to checkout;
  • fill in the necessary fields to complete an order.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit cards only: Visa, MasterCard.

How to act if I arranged an order and my credit card hasn’t been debited yet?

If you arranged an order and understand your card has not been still debited, that implies Sky Pharmacy has no access to your credit card. Please contact your bank office to cope with this problem. It is also necessary to check the correctness of your billing address, credit card CVV code and the expiry date correctly.
Repeat your order. If nothing changed, cope with this problem with a bank officer.
