Jacqueline Forestall, President

After a long and distinguished career as a hospital administrator, Jacqueline Forestall founded Alego Health in 2004, perceiving a need for the temporary staffing of medical professionals. However, she quickly saw and responded to a greater need:  The development of a professional clinical workforce to facilitate healthcare IT initiatives. Alego Health has become a nationally recognized healthcare IT provider in client satisfaction, client retention and innovative technology.

Through the strong leadership of Ms. Forestall and the Alego Health team, the organization has been honored with the following distinguished awards:

• Ms. Forestall was named as a 2013 “Women of Note” by Crain’s Cleveland Business Magazine

• Alego Health was named to the Weatherhead 100 (highest revenue growth companies in Northeastern Ohio) by the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.

• Alego Health was award the winner (#1 overall) of the Crain’s Cleveland Business Magazine’s Inaugural “Fast 50” Award in 2014. The award identified the Top 50 Northeast Ohio revenue growth companies over a 5 year span (2008-2013).

• Alego Health was voted one of the “Top Workplaces” for 2011 by The Cleveland Plain Dealer

• Alego Health was named to the Inc. 500|5000 as one of North America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2013 & 2014 by Inc. Magazine

Prior to founding Alego Health, Ms. Forestall served as vice-president of human resources for large urban acute care teaching facilities through acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, in secular, faith-based, and even government partnerships and coalitions. One of her specialties was the preservation of jobs and fairness in selection of the ongoing workforce through times of great change and upheaval. Ms. Forestall also has an extensive background in labor relations in healthcare including significant contract negotiations. She holds a BA from Western Illinois University, and attended Bowling Green State University.


Jonathan Levoy, Executive Vice President

Jonathan Levoy began his employment with Alego Health in November of 2009 as the VP of Business Development & Technology. Mr. Levoy worked hand in hand with Alego Health’s President, Jacqueline Forestall to develop and create the practices that transformed Alego Health into one of the nations’ premier Healthcare IT Companies from the previous temporary healthcare staffing company as it was founded.

Mr. Levoy worked as an executive level Marketing and Operations Executive in several service industries prior to his tenure at Alego Health. His experience has led to a greater understanding and implementation of the customer-centric approach that Alego Health provides to all of its Clients. Jonathan has also pioneered several technological advancements that has made Alego Health one of the industry’s most technologically advanced companies.

In 2013, Mr. Levoy was honored as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business Magazine’s forty under 40 award winners. His work in the HIT community has included acting as the Chairperson of the mHIMSS Digital Media Taskforce, as a member of the mHIMSS Advisory Board. Currently Mr. Levoy is a member of the Northern Ohio HIMSS Board, a member of ACHE, and is an active corporate member HIMSS & CHIME. Jonathan also presents regularly on Healthcare IT and Business Growth topics. Mr. Levoy attended the University of Akron as a Communications Major.


Michael Zavadil, VP of Operations

With over 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, Michael Zavadil offers a successful track record of robust IT systems implementation. He has maintained 100 percent client retention and is proficient in fostering key partnerships with healthcare leadership teams, clients and administrative personnel.

Michael’s successful career includes significantly growing annual volume across multiple areas of healthcare organizations. Not only is he highly skilled in building solid management teams that meet and exceed service level expectations for  Alego Health operations, but his innovation also empowers Alego’s growth in the healthcare IT industry.

Michael attended Cleveland State University and has a degree in Business Management and Communications.


Tammy O’Brien, Director of Finance

Tammy O’Brien joined Alego Health in 2009 with more than 25 years of financial and benefits consulting experience. She is responsible for revenue cycle management, is adept in multiple critical software systems and acts as the liaison to accountants, banks, other funding sources as well as benefit providers. Her rich experience with employee benefits makes her indispensable to healthcare organizations, in not only selecting and maintaining the right set of benefits, but assuring compliance at all levels.

In addition, she and her exceptional financial team produce client customized invoicing, manage payroll and maintain all associated employee benefits.

Prior to Alego Health, Tammy worked for large corporations and consulting groups, where she developed her passion for the highest level of customer service and accuracy.


Brian Borrhello, Director of Partnership Programs

Brian Borrhello started his new role as the Director of Partnership Programs in January 2015. Brian previously held the role of Director of Business Development and was a key part of Alego’s success and nationwide growth over his 4 year time in that role. As the Director of Partnership Programs, Mr. Borrhello will bring his energy & client development skills to cultivate and grow the relationships with our service partners.  The growth of the partnership program will greatly enhance the service offerings of Alego Health to our clients and will keep Alego Health at the forefront of the industry.

Brian holds a BS from the Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business and is an active member of CHIME, HIMMS, and many local chapters of HIMSS.
