Alego Health met our needs in a very short time frame which was surprising.  I was concerned that no consulting company would be able to do this given the amount of staff it would take to cover our CPOE Go Live.  They brought in a good group of people that were able to help our physicians and nurses during the Go Live coverage.  The management group did a very good job of keeping us informed and managing the staff.  They offered reasonable rates and had a professional image that our organization really appreciated.  I would definitely use them again.

We were facing a tight time frame with meaningful use deadlines and badly needed help.  Alego Health responded faster and more thoroughly than any other companies I requested bids from.  The consultant they provided was top notch, and helped us tremendously with the process.  Without her, I feel we would have had a lot of dollars at risk and would have wasted a lot of internal management time trying to figure it out.  I intend to keep her engaged through the entire 4 year process.  Alego was also prompt in following up to ensure our needs were being met.  They provided kind of service one would like to have from all outside contracting services.

Alego provided at the elbow support for our Meditech CPOE/CPOM go-lives for three of our hospitals.  Each hospital has their own culture, and the Alego team adjusted and worked well within each facility.  The Alego team was professional, knowledgeable and clinician-friendly.  At times, physicians even requested certain Alego team members to round with them.  We plan on using Alego again as we roll out medication reconciliation late 2013 and 2014.
